With the Lord

Richard Lopez
May 18, 1951 – March 22, 2022

It is with great sadness that loving wife Nancy announces the passing of her husband

Richard Lopez. He was a Christian, a family man, and an American Patriot

who went to be with the Lord.

Richard passed away peacefully and with grace on March 22, 2022

in Tucson, Arizona at the age of 70 after a courageous battle with COVID-19.

He was embraced by his beloved wife Nancy and surrounded by family and loved ones.

Richard, a native of Tucson, Arizona, was married to the love of his life,

Nancy whom he is survived by along with their adult children:

Valarie and husband Randy Walker, Patricia and husband Corey Heidenreich,

and Alex Davis and significant other Brianna Hockert.

He is also survived by grandchildren: Star and husband Joseph,

Mariah, Josh and wife Taylor, Judah, Brooklyn, Elysia and her mother Kristin;

great-grandchildren: Camilla, Imric, and Michael;

in-laws: Susan and husband Bert, Sandy and husband Tim; nephew Johan.

No funeral services will be held. Richard’s wish was to be cremated.

He wanted to be remembered as a man of God who loved his family and country.

Love is patient and kind; it is not jealous or conceited or proud;

love is not ill-mannered or selfish or irritable; love does not keep a record of wrongs;

love is not happy with evil, but is happy with the truth.

Love never gives up; and its faith, hope, and patience never fail.

1 Corinthians 13: 4-7

Richard's COVID-19 Experience, A Testimony

This is my COVID -19 experience.
This is my testimony.
God is on my side.
God sends family members to be with their loved ones.
They are not alone.
God is opening the doors to your loved ones and family members are helping them pass over.
It’s a beautiful sight.
You have to know that they do not go alone.
God is behind it and making good out of what is bad.
